texte = I assume you're wanting to move files around on the remote machine NOT between your machine and the remote machine. 1. Copy = cp /Users/yourname/Desktop/filename /path/to/new/directory/ I would recommend using the -Rp flags to grab all subdirectories and preserve file information if necessary 2.
