texte = Hey folksSorry for the delay in the reply to this mail, I have had my head buried in the joys of awstats installation & configuration and apache log files (I now have a headache but have a smile on my face) :-DI don't know if I am making things harder than I need to with this (I could always manually do this part before sending the mail... it would take 5 minutes to do) but I am going to look further into different wrap types first (ie soft and hard ... oo errr...) and if that doesn't work throw myself off a cliff... no seriously ... I think it is more than 72 chars per line that maxbulk mailer freaks out at and this is why I am trying to get the text to wrap at this limit (with or without carraige returns). Thanks for all your help so far.AlanDonovan Brooke wrote:> Gary Krockover wrote:>>> Isn't it up to the individual's (is there an apostrophe in that or >> not????) email program as to whether or not a line of text will wrap >> or not and if so, where to wrap it?>>>> GK>>> Yes and no, one can force breaks easy enough... but I'm trying> to get Alan to look at the whole process... there could be soft> breaks in that text??? if so, a grep context changing the breaks> might be the answer...
