I guess this could apply to batch processing online also but it is for an offline environment I am interested. Ideally I guess I would want a nice customer receipt generated as well as details of the order + card details for ourselves. I suppose an addition to something like this would be to have some sort of archiving system that we could integrate with our main stock database which is excel based. We also have a *LOT* of paperwork that we do for our shipping for FedEx etc so any integration on that front would be a bonus (if a long shot)... I'm sure a template based integration method may allow us to directly print onto our FedEx documents though... I figured XML was the perfect delivery tool for the passing about of this information, I am just a little grey on implementing something like this. Any ideas? Oh yeah, I guess I should say we currently run 4.5.1 so we do not actually have webdna native xml support at the moment although if there were strong arguments for an upgrade then it would not be a problem.
