No, MS SQL and MySQL are two completely different systems; ODBC is a client to server connection, not a server to server one. You would have to have a process that connects to both databases in order to transfer data between them. Alternatively, if you don't need the data to be mirrored simultaneously, you can export from one and import to the other on an hourly schedule (or daily if that works for you instead).
