However, Instead, I would simply change them on a case to case basis or do something like john said. to do them individually... When you go to FTP, first, simply change permisions (666). Then upload (replace) the file, then change permissions back. Your last step needs to be flushing databases (or committing the database etc). If you do change the secure and insecure settings, you will probably want to flushdatabases to make sure they have taken affect... this will change the permissions for *ALL* .db's and .inc's in the sandbox (not reccommended).
