Actually the more detailed explanation of my plan is that I will create a web-based system that allows the owner to login and generate additional downloadable (but still encrypted) copies of his template. Each newly generated template can have a different username and password. This approach allows the owner to customize different copies for each client (assuming he wants to give any of his clients such a powerful tool) or he can generate copies for different users in his own company. Ultimately I would like to let the owner "pick and choose" the specific features he wants to allow each template to offer, for example: separately enable/disable browse, search, append, replace, delete, replaceDB, etc. But right now all I have finished is the basic tool that allows everything (except search, that part is not finished yet).
