O.K. things are beginning to work now. through a series of guesses... ;-) I trashed the "com.apple.sharing.firewall.plist" and was then able to connect with my browsers after restarting. My trouceroute is working to. My pings are still not able to hit it and my lookups are looking wierd. (all from my machine). Here is what I get for a lookup: -- Lookup has started ... Server:4.2.2.1 Address:4.2.2.1#53 Non-authoritative answer: www.euca.uscanonical name = euca.us. Name:euca.us Address: 207.67.226.17 -- does that look right?
