texte = Hello Donovan! in the httpd.conf that includes all directive for apache, you should find a line (at the end of the file) with Include /Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/WebCatalogEngine/webdna.conf In this file, you should have AddHandler webcatalog2-handler .tpl .html .tmpl It is not a problem if you have it directly in httpd.conf.
