Convert "&" to "&" using [grep]
This WebDNA talk-list message is from 2006
It keeps the original formatting.

texte = I've checked the archives, but the formatting is kinda screwy (or maybe the formatting is fine and I'm just screwy...) anyhowI'm not finding the answer I need...I want to simply convert "&" to "&" in a whole bunch of text. I don't want to [url] it all because I only want to convert the ampersands, and I don't want to do a custom convertchars because I want to keep the conversion within the code itself (I don't want to have to add another file, i.e. a custom convert.db)Ideally, I want to do something like this, but of course my syntax is wrong:[grep search=&&replace=&][the_text][/grep]Online docs aren't telling me much either.TIA,-Dan-------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list
