I had set the permissions to www:wheel, but when I restarted, Tiger complained that there was a problem with the security settings for that folder. I selected "Fix these items", which required a reboot. On reboot, WebCat started just fine. Interestingly, Tiger had changed the owner and group to system:wheel. Here is the code for the two items: StartupParametersPlist: { Description = "Apache-WebCatalog server"; Messages = {start = "Starting WebCatalog"; stop = "Stopping WebCatalog"; }; OrderPreference = None; Provides = (WebCatalog); Requires = ("WebServer"); } WebCatalog: #!/bin/sh ## # Start Web Server ## #cd /Library/Tenon/WebServer/CGI-Executables/WebCatalogEngine /Library/Tenon/WebServer/CGI-Executables/WebCatalogEngine/WebCatalogCtl start Note: I commented out the line "cd /Library/Tenon/..." because it made no sense to me. Also, it does *not* work if the uncommented line reads /Library/Tenon/WebServer/CGI-Executables/WebCatalogEngine/WebDNAMonitor -d which is what the original WebDNA installer created.
