texte = Most banking institutions these days have finally addressed the neccessity to offering solid solutions to this sort of interfacing. I have found that typically it is wisest to check with the bank you or your client is already established with and proceed with thier recommendations. Most of these solutions are are catered to large companies that can afford to be state of the art. However, in cases of small upstarts and budget wary clients, Paypal offers complete solutions that are not dependent on any bank's normal guidelines. And by alll means, if anyone out there has found or finds the next greatest solution to these issues (keep me in the loop.) I have been dealing with this TOPIC for almost a decade.
