WebDNA and SQL - encrypted passwords

texte = OSX, Webstar, SQL 4.something A strange phenomenon: on a seemingly random basis, encrypted password in SQL coming fro WebDNA end up with corrupted characters. I use the standard ENCRYPT/DECRYPT function from a very basic admin page. Most of the corruptions seems to occur without any action taken on the record. Some sat completely idle for 6+ months, then appeared corrupted on review. Resetting them works fine, but has anyone else had such a situation occur?
