texte = Hello, I am increasingly frustrated with my Merchant Accounts. I chose quite a while ago to go with Wells Fargo. They however are not cheap... and getting more expensive every year. They are also increasingly difficult to work with. The bay area support line is now routed to New York... and you don't get a live person when you call it (you have to leave a message). Lastly, the last client that I referred to Wells fargo is having to jump through a series of hoops to get his account established. I have never seen that before. (hoops such as an "underwriter" has to validate the site etc..) Are these changes across the board? Is this becoming a bureaucratic nightmare? If not, I'd sure like to hear some success stories so that I can consider other options. Thanks, Donovan -- =o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o DONOVAN D.
