I am in the process of finishing a webdna/jquery site. Here are some things to check out http://www.kanuhawaii.org/ - Flash like animation on homepage is all jquery and tied to a simple content management system on our backend. You can create much more complex animations with jquery. I just used a simple fade. http://www.kanuhawaii.org/join/ - toggle value on forms (when you click on the search form the text goes away and is colored dark while you type) - Jquery useful for "section help" - start typing in your zip. Jquery/webdna awesome for "autocomplete suggestions" - click on "island values" cool lightbox If you create an account you can really see some awesome jquery power. Check out how the "commit" button works. You can see one at http://www.kanuhawaii.org/commit/details/?id=118034184025559 but will only work if you are logged in. I've used it elsewhere as well (all javascript show/hides for instance) but this is off the top of my head.
