I don't know, but I would suspect that is just that.. Apache not letting WebDNA handle the error. What does your handlers look like? You'd probably get a better response on an Apache list, but I'm curious about the answer. would WebDNA kick the error task back to Apache if it can't find a directory? I doubt it. I assume the answer is in how Apache is set up. I don't think mod rewrite would be too difficult to set up.. and you could probably use most of the code that you've written. Mod-rewrite is essentially just replacing the errormessages.db. Since it appears that you were trying to utilize the pre-parse script for this kind of thing... I have a feature request buried somewhere in the archives about fixing the pre-parse script so that is ran before the error mechanism... essentially offering many new capabilities.. such as Mod-Rewrite like URL's and easy WebDNA global firewall ability. .... but alas... :-/ (one of many requests fading into history) Donovan -- =o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o DONOVAN D.
