Some time ago, along with many others we started experiencing crashes of very similar natures. Around this time the SmithMicro landing server had stopped responding. You guys came along, restarted the landing server and my, and many others problems went away. For you to claim that this is not connected in anyway is quite frankly ridiculous and very short sighted. > 1.) Maybe the times you have turned the server off are exactly when my crashes have returned, when did you do it? Think about it, would you really expect someone to complain after a couple of outages in a two week period, it could take weeks to decide that there is a pattern or something more sinister going on. That aside the problem I have now is, I would guess& hope, different. It is just an annoying little hang every now again with no pre-warning that has been happening for approx 3-4 weeks. I am merely trying to get to the bottom of it so I can keep myself and my clients happy. I am not in the slightest bit interested in any other discussion about whether you feel you're right or not.
