[/ShowNext]There's nothing wrong with your ShowNext syntax.Just a couple of minutes ago I crashed my Mac, and it was definitelyrelated to the [searchString] because that's the link I clicked that madeit crash. Only one thing ... I was still using version b10 of the plugin.Apparently I never moved up to b11 or b12, although I downloaded them both.Okay wait a minute ...Now I'm using the b12 plugin and I cannot get it to crash, but it stillinserts the duplicate template string I told Grant about last week when Ifound that particular problem. The problem was that WebCat2 was duplicatingand inserting an extraneous search parameter identifying the template, forexample:&template=:WebCatalog:listingResults.tmplThis string already appears in the original search string, but it isinserted again and again each time a new [shownext] link is clicked. However, my Mac is not crashing anymore even though it is still insertingthese extraneous strings. This reminds me, once in a while earlier in my testing, something must havecorrupted WebCat while I was using it, and that created problems until Ireplaced it with a fresh copy - not a different version, mind you, just acopy of the same version I was already using.Don't forget to try replacing it with a fresh copy if you suddenly starthaving strange problems that weren't there before ...By the way, which version of the beta are you using? Are you using theplugin or the CGI?Sincerely,Ken------------------------------------To leave this talk list send an email to macjordomo@smithmicro.comwith BODYunsubscribe WebDNA-Talk------------------------------------
