texte = As far as i know, there are already great eCommerce projects built with = WebDNA that do not rely on the old eCommerce tags. For instance Stuart = built a modern and sophisticated one (below) using a lot of modern = javascript (could have gone even further with a drag and drop shopping = cart built with jQuery UI=92s draggable & droppable behaviours) and the = result looks great to me! compare it with our outdated shopping cart = system here (store.webdna.us) and you will understand why i do not want = to stuck with old programs: it kills creativity by keeping designers = into an old an rigid framework. ---------------------- http://www.top3.com.au All WebDNA with an amazing backend that manages daily data transfers in = and out, cc processing, and image batching. The data comes across in 4 different files from their POS, an amazingly = complex structure. The product browsing is all built on 3 templates. This was a 9 month project ..... To save a lot of time, I just took the original = sitebuilder/storebuilder, and replaced the backend of it, so the = operation is similar to what the original is. The cart was just replaced = with a db that does essentially the same thing, and another db contains = all the other information collected.
