After manual change to "mdy" in WebCatalog Prefs and restart, problem solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tahnk you Donovan for private email with good clues and confirmed solution. Warning do not use admin pages of 6.2.1 to save preferences until fixed. Just change values manually in WebCatalog Prefs,it works for me.
