New Plug-in and Type 11 errors

texte = Took everything from the new webcatlog folder and moved to server hardrive. Killed webstar. Dropped the new plug-in in the plug-in folder and on webstar restart get type 11 error. Runs fine with new acgi. What did I miss or do wrong.
