Let me again present the situation...
Have these files unzipped = in a folder D:\webdna\
libfcgi.dll
libmmd.dll (added DLL file)
webdna.in= i
WebDNA-fcgi.exe
xalan-c1_10.dll
xalanmessages_1_10.dll
xerces= -c2_8.dll
It seems (because nothing happens) cannot run "WebDNA-fc= gi" when double-click. I only added libmmd.DLL because windows was ask= ing for it.
I used to install & worked with Webdna 5.1 in Win XP= in many cases, some virtual... surely I can "find" the AdminPref= s...
Also, I'm sure IIS is running well to render pages from ht= tp access.
My test page (index.htm) is...

2.) "Handler Mappings", have enabled the EXE= of D:\WebDNA\WebDNA-fcgi.exe, Module: "FastCgiModule" in the mod= ule mapping
I will stop here because the suggestion to look even at = the webDNA Prefs (http://localhost/webdna/admin/adminprefs.dna) is not = existing on the first place :)

We have been using the Win FCGI for a fair bit now without issues on Win= 2012. We used the linked =C2=A0PDF installer instructions and hope it may a= ssist you accordingly.
