texte = Clarification:Some of you may think that I am no longer answering tech support questions for WebCatalog. This is not true. I still write most of the code, and of course it makes sense that I answer the tough questions. The policies I stated yesterday have always been in effect, even within PCS.I will always be monitoring the WebDNA-Talk list, regardless of what company manages it. I will also be assisting StarNine's tech support staff as they have questions for me. Remember, PCS still owns this product and it is in our best interest to assist StarNine in selling it. PCS still writes all the code.It is, and always has been, inappropriate for anyone to send tech support questions directly to me. That is why I redirect them to the talk list or to support. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean I won't answer them once they appear on the talk list or in support. I usually answer them immediately as soon as they appear on the talk list after I have redirected them there -- that is the proper channel for support. So what we have done is ADDED more support staff to the WebCatalog product, as well as adding adding a nice big company behind it so you get all the advantages that has to offer.Grant Hulbert, V.P.
