My apologies ifthisposting is redundant.This concerns my NT version 1.6 installation.I have had a recurring problem where my application log fills with WebCat service events 4000 and 4002, stopping and restarting, approximately every 3 seconds, until the log fills and the machineessentially freezes.I think I have finally traced one scenario that consistently causes theerror.My database has 566 items. My Webcat Preferences file had MaxFound 500It is possible to specify a search that results in more than 500 records.The NT version produces links similar to Show Items 501-520If that link is selected, Webcat bombs, and the stop-start cycle starts.I also run a site with the Macintosh version 1.6, and the Mac version doesnot displaychoices beyond the MaxFound parameter.I changed the MaxFound parameter to 600, and the problem seems to have beensolved.I have had this happen 18 times since January, and I am relieved that Ifinally founda reason for the error, and a way to prevent it.I also believe this to be an anomaly in the code.
