Before I tell him that I can't do something, I need to be *sure* I can't. I understand that the quoted requirements above are very vague, but any feedback at all would be helpful. The site is currently seeing around 750,000 hits/month and climbing at a rate of 15% every month. Not huge, but definitely growing! WebCat seems quite fast and capable of handling this, but does anyone have real-world experience with stability/performance at traffic levels of a million+ hits/month? (It's on a Mac) Please direct replies also to me at mailto:jbaty@fusionary.com , as I only subscribe to the digest.
