Is there documentation for setting this up.You may use these commands: [CopyFile] [CreateFolder] [DeleteFile] [DeleteFolder] [FileInfo] [ListFiles] [MoveFile] and you will find good descriptions in the online-documentation under Files & Folders. Renaming files works in conjunction with [CopyFile] and [MoveFile]. > From your description, you make it sound like a person has to do all this. > > Our customer can upload this at any time and I don't want my staff having > to jump each time. That's the clue: there is no person of your staff involved! Normally the customer uploads his new file into the upload-folder and the next entry into the shop triggers the update-function. The admin interface (design it as simple and clear as possible) is only used when something goes wrong. What function you give him here is your choice. Perhaps just one button? I would suggest to make a panic-button which searches the backup folder for the most recent file using [ListFiles] and [FileInfo] and replace the now active (corrupt) database with the backup. Of course, when he plays around and uploads two files, the system can run into troubles - but then it is clearly the fault of the customer and you can at least supply the last working database from the backup-folder...
