I'm assuming the EFT you mentioned is the equivalent of a POS terminal. We on the other hand, use a Virtual POS on the Internet, in other words a company that specializes in just processing credit cards on-line, they don't issue merchant accounts they just process the credit cards for you for a small percentage and you still need to have a merchant account issued elsewhere. We decided on this solution due to the high cost of obtaining the MacAuhtorize Hub, which is the server version of that software for handling multiple merchants, and a license of WebMerchant for each merchant account we host. Since we are developing an on-line mall and expect to serve a relatively high number of merchants with pre-existing merchant accounts, this seemed like the logical solution. If anybody has a better solution, I would like to hear about it myself.Sincerely, Jose A.
