texte = I can understand where you are coming from - however we have always andwill continue to make an ongoing effort to support the WebDNA Examples areaof our ftp site that we give away for free. As well as support via thetalk-list, direct email and even phone when we can.The video taping that we participated in was an attempt at a completelydifferent training style of which a third party - The Sound of Knowledge -did most of the work - hence why they are selling them...We have been asked by lots of users to run paid seminars and simply can'tfind the time to do that and continue to develope the product at the pacethat we would like to. We (I) thought this was a perfect midpoint - lessthan the cost of attending a seminar and available to more people at thesame time. We were also able to cover far more topics and techniques thanwe ever could either in a printed manual or a seminar.As always, I am eager to hear all of your opinions about our direction forthe product, but I also hope that you can see that this is/was not anattempt to simply get more money from our users -- quite the contrary - weare trying to make the product of higher quality.>I would appreciate the CEO of Pacific Coast responding to this:>>We, who have purchased WebCat got a manual.
