Any hint? and is it mandatory to have >the ReadFormat defined in the preference file?I developed my date code on webcat 2.x, before the ReadDateFormat preference ever existed. From what you're saying, it seems that if you simply remove this preference from the WebCatalog Prefs file, webcat 3.x defaults to some internal code that still allows my external webdna code to work properly. Therefore, it appears that there is some common internal date code in both 2.x and 3.x, but that code cannot be used in 3.x *unless* you remove the ReadDateFormat preference. If you leave it in, webcat uses the new internal code, and that new code may have a bug in it that prevents my date stuff from working properly.PCS will surely have more information about this theory ...Sincerely, Ken Grome 808-737-6499 WebDNA Solutions mailto:ken@webdna.net http://www.webdna.net Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
