Dates - Search and Sorting

texte = I am trying to do search that then sorts on a field containing date entries, as shown below. (Dated is the name of my database field)This search find all entries that match the Marker field entry show below. I then want to sort using the Dated field so the date will show in from first date to the last.[search db=my.db&eqMarkerdatarq=c&Datedtype=date&Datedsort=1&Datedsdir=as]This search results show the records found as expected, but the sorting is not happening by date. It seems to be sorting the correct Dated field, but it is seeing them as text not dates.
