Criticizing your users for offering others support is certainly no way to foster a happy, helpful user community, especially in light of the fact that without the users providing each other support, none would occur.SM should realize that any misinformation posted by user is more often than not, a direct result of SM's shortcomings. If SM provided a reasonable amount of list participation then they would be answering questions themselves. How about some improved docs? How about a comprehensive FAQ? How many times are the same issues rehashed because of poor docs and lack examples, library of code snippets etc etc? How about addressing outstanding issues??Specifically regarding the issue of the use of wo and wbrk - this issue/bug has been brought up many times on this list and SM *has never even responded* nor acknowledged that wbrk does not (ahem to the best of my knowledge) work as documented. Despite expicitly stating what characters to use as wordbreaks, wbrk still uses the space character as a word delimiter and perhaps its other defaults as well.John, from my vantage point Ken's statement is more accurate than yours - perhaps you should amend yours to TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE the word break characters CAN be set manually. Because in fact, this function does not completely work.Or better yet, perhaps SM could find a way find a way to: A. Fix this problem B. Provide better support for its users C.
