Please use modifiers like I DON'T THINK CAN or TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE CANNOT rather than CANNOT. Use the WBRK= paramter in the search. Sorry, you are wrong. Many of us on this list have complained to PCS/SM several times about the inflexible and problematic way webcat works when it comes to word break characters. The fact of the matter is this:Whether or not we use the wbrk parameter, webcat *ALWAYS* insists that spaces, dashes and dots are wbrk characters. In other words, using wbrk to define our own unique word break characters does *NOT* stop webcat from using its default word break characters! All it does is ADD OUR NEW WBRK CHARACTERS to webcat's defaults. And that prevents us from performing searches properly some times. Therefore, my personal feeling is that PCS/SM should fix webcat's internal code -- to make it IGNORE its built-in wbrk characters when we define our own using the wbrk parameter. Only then will we finally have a program that works the way we need it to work ...================================ Kenneth Grome, WebDNA Consultant 808-737-6499, http://webdna.net ================================------------------------------------------------------------- Brought to you by CommuniGate Pro - The Buzz Word Compliant Messaging Server.
