Please include info on what WWW server software you are using, since that is an important part of any answer. For example, under O'Reilly's WebSite, chose the Mapping tab and select the Associations page. Key in the extension (including leading period) and associate to ...\$WebCat.dll to use the ISAPI interface, $WebCat.exe to use the CGI interface. Once that is saved, go to the Content Types page and make sure the extension has the correct content type. For example, ISAPI should be type wwwserver/isapi and CGI should be type wwwserver/shellcgi and so on. I mapped .shtml to $WebCat.dll and it works great; for some reason I have never been able to use .tpl with the DLL ISAPI interface, only with the slower EXE interface. If you are running IIS[insert version number here], someone else will have to answer, since I do not install braindead software ;)John Peacock ____________________Reply Separator____________________ Subject: Re: Problems with WebCat Author: (WebCatalog Talk) Date: 2/7/00 4:58 PMDoes anyone have any info on how to configure suffix mapping on an NT 4.0 server?
