Are you sure >you're not using webstar 3.x?Ken et al:It's definitely Webstar 4.1. (baring of course mischievous gremlins swapping versions on me whenever I'm checking things, and swaping 4.1 back when I go to the server). Anyway, because we're using 4.1, we're using the webcat plug-in instead of the cgi. BTW... when I reviewed the past posts on caching and the microsoft pages someone suggested as a reference in the past (perhaps a year or so ago) I swear the microsoft tech note pointed out that no-cache is ignored by IE EXCEPT when used under SSL. (which is probably causing your other complaint). And that fact (and the example headers posted by others in the archives) is the reason I put the meta no-cache tag in. But.. the problem with the backup button preceded that and is the reason I did the searches in the first place.Regardless I'll pull it out first thing (ie...when I'm back in the office at an admin station). But I don't think that's the cause of this issue.Other suggestions, thoughts? What puzzles me is why are the tags properly interpreted in the first place, but then lost when using th back button. To further add mystery... in my case if you CONTINUE to use the back button, you drop out of SSL and hit the cart page and yes my cart is still there (and not lost) and my WebDNA tags are not visible. To paraphrase John Butler, who's problem sounds similar: is there a problem with IE, Webcat 3.07, Webstar 4.x and SSL pages seen when using the back button? Ken? SM support? Other Webstar 4.x users? Thanks to all for any further...Reg Harris------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
