texte = This has been the case for me as well, Jay. Nothing about the errorresolution system makes me feel like progress is being made. I get a numberand if I don't reply in time, which you cannot because your messages getrejected, then they revert to being resolved.I wound up going around the system for my last bug issue. It was a NTCrashing Error that happened on redirect. I was asked to send in mytemplates, I complied. I was then asked to make it crash since they wereunable to. I complied, they confirmed the error and said they would get backto me that was 4-6 weeks ago. I have been in touch and a support rep saidthey were working on it. 4-6 weeks without anything concrete, but yourprogressing on new projects just fine. IsFile and IsFolder are widely knownproblems I have had to program around now for 9 months, but 4.0 will be outsoon. Now spawn doesn't work and has been reported in the past not to work, but 4.0 will be out soon. The spawn issue is a big one, I am going to haveto rewrite the way my application works to compensate for not having thiscommand, and it is no small task. I cannot tell my customers that they needto upgrade to 4.0 for my application to work its just not good business.Sincererly,Robert MinorDirector of Internet Services------------------------------------------------------------Cybermill Communicationshttp://www.cybermill.com http://www.merchantmaker.comProviding Ecommerce and interactive website development andhosting services on Macintosh, Windows NT, Unix, and AS/400.> From: dale@gmr.dresdner.net
