I get a number and if I don't reply in time, which you cannot because your messages get rejected, then they revert to being resolved.I wound up going around the system for my last bug issue. It was a NT Crashing Error that happened on redirect. I was asked to send in my templates, I complied. I was then asked to make it crash since they were unable to. I complied, they confirmed the error and said they would get back to me that was 4-6 weeks ago. I have been in touch and a support rep said they were working on it. 4-6 weeks without anything concrete, but your progressing on new projects just fine. IsFile and IsFolder are widely known problems I have had to program around now for 9 months, but 4.0 will be out soon. Now spawn doesn't work and has been reported in the past not to work, but 4.0 will be out soon. The spawn issue is a big one, I am going to have to rewrite the way my application works to compensate for not having this command, and it is no small task. I cannot tell my customers that they need to upgrade to 4.0 for my application to work its just not good business.Sincererly,Robert Minor Director of Internet Services ------------------------------------------------------------ Cybermill Communications http://www.cybermill.com http://www.merchantmaker.comProviding Ecommerce and interactive website development and hosting services on Macintosh, Windows NT, Unix, and AS/400.> From: dale@gmr.dresdner.net > Reply-To: (WebCatalog Talk) > Date: Wed, 17 May 2000 16:56:08 > To: (WebCatalog Talk) > Subject: Re: Bugs?
