texte = I am having a problem with one of our website. The usual person that deals with WebCatalog is on holidays and our clients are getting very irate about the problem. When a customer fills in the order form on the site and they hit submit, the following error appears in Netscape: Netscape's network connection was refused by the server www.opsm.com.au. The server may not be accepting connections or may be busy. Try connecting again later. This error appears immediately after hitting the submit button. The following error appears in Internet Explorer: A connection failure has occurred. This error appears after about 15 seconds.I don't know why there would be a connecton problem. You can still navigate around the site without any problem. The error message only appears after going through the online order form.Because I haven't dealt with WebCatalog before, I wouldn't have a clue where to look for the problem. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am sure there is a simple remedy.------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
