texte = Ok, are you looking for a precise date (07/01/2000 ) or are you looking forfor a date range (like show everything that shipped in July)?If you are looking for a precise date then add the the_day pulldown andand add it to the combined arguement and since you're looking for a realdate then specify that in the arguement as well. Its probably easier tounderstand if you set a date variable from your pulldowns and search uponit.As in:[text]mydate=[the_month]/[the_day]/[the_year][/text]then search like: [searchdb=my.db&Date_shippedtype=date&eqDate_shippeddatarq=[mydate]]If you are trying to use a range search then you'll have to set seperatevariables for the the starting & ending values which you'll use in yourrange arguement. Same concept as above but you'll set an additional value.Once you get used to using varibles everything will get much easier.Also, get in the habit of setting values on one page and passing thesevalues to a second page which contains the actual [search] - and always usecontexts instead of commands.
