WebMerchant crashing and other WebMerchant problem

texte = Since upgrading to 4.01, we haven't successfully processed an order on any of our stores. That hasn't been much of a problem until now, but we're getting ready to launch a new one that will be pretty high-traffic and are relaunching an older one that should have increased traffic.We're having two different problems:First, when I click on the process orders in the WebMerchant Admin panel, WebStar is crashing. I saw a reference to this in the archives, but no one ever replied to the first post on the topic. Second, in the administer orders panel, when an order is submitted that is bad (for example, if I use the CyberCash demo account number), I'm getting only the form names in the fields for several fields: AuthNumber [auth-code] ResponseText [MErrMsg] Status [MStatus] BatchNumber ReferenceNumber [ref-code] SequenceNumber [order-id] ItemNumber Does this reflect a problem in the DoPurchases.tpl file or the CyberCash.inc files? I saw references in the archive to both of these files having problems in 4.01.
