texte = Hi,I have a number of sites being served from Windows NT 4.0, w/ WebCat 4.0rc1.While running explorer in Windows, right-clicking on GIF or JPEG images andselecting Save As brings up the save dialog. The file name is listed asuntitled and the image can only be saved as a BMP file.Right-clicking the image and selecting Get Info displays the entire filepath and name for the particular image, and displays the type as unknownfor both JPEG and GIF files. There is a known issue with Explorer when the URL contains username/passworddata formated like: http://
/default.htm, but thissite has no links containing username:password data.It can also be caused by a full browser image cache, or under certainconfigurations while accessing a secure server. I have ruled out these twopossibilities but still have the problem.Does WebCat employ username:password data somehow internally which wouldcause this problem? This was not a problem until recently and the only change we have made tothe particular server was to upgrade the version of WebCatalog. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks for any help and/or suggestions.Pat-------------------------------------------------------------This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .To unsubscribe, E-mail to: To switch to the DIGEST mode, E-mail to Web Archive of this list is at: http://search.smithmicro.com/
