The file name is listed as untitled and the image can only be saved as a BMP file.Right-clicking the image and selecting Get Info displays the entire file path and name for the particular image, and displays the type as unknown for both JPEG and GIF files. There is a known issue with Explorer when the URL contains username/password data formated like: http:///default.htm, but this site has no links containing username:password data.It can also be caused by a full browser image cache, or under certain configurations while accessing a secure server. I have ruled out these two possibilities but still have the problem.Does WebCat employ username:password data somehow internally which would cause this problem? This was not a problem until recently and the only change we have made to the particular server was to upgrade the version of WebCatalog. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks for any help and/or suggestions.Pat ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
