WebDNAmonitor running but webcat won't start.

texte = OSX 10.1.5/webstar5.1After a reboot webDNAmonitor launches but webcatalog doesn't. Not only that but webDNAmonitor continues to eat up CPU% until I manually start WebcatalogCtl.
