(I'm sorry, but it's really, really, really hard for me to imagine this to be true.)I buy outlandexpeditions.com I buy ocoeeriver.net I build a site for www.outlandexpeditions.com I want www.ocoeeriver.net to point to that site.It costs me $50 plus the time and effort of serial numbers, etc... to do nothing more than use a [redirect]?? Then it costs me another $50 + $50 so that the two domains continue to work when the visitor doesn't type in www.??I'm sorry if I'm being redundant here, but I'm seriously having a hard time thinking that it costs me $150.00 to make this happen, when the 2 domains together only cost me $30 and about 3 minutes worth of time to configure my server.-----Original Message----- From: WebDNA Talk [mailto:WebDNA-Talk@talk.smithmicro.com]On Behalf Of Phillip Bonesteele Sent: Wednesday, February 26, 2003 3:39 PM To: WebDNA Talk Subject: Re: Was 5.0 Pricing, now Sandbox versus Website and ruminatingWill,Your understanding is correct.Phil B.-----Original Message----- From: WJ Starck To: WebDNA Talk Sent: 2/26/03 11:56 AM Subject: Re: Was 5.0 Pricing, now Sandbox versus Website and ruminatingPhil-Thanks for the clarification. If I understand you correctly, if I upgrade to 5.0 commerce to cover www.mydomain.com, I will need an additional $50 license to cover our secure server, secure.mydomain.com.secure.mydomain.com is a virtual host on www.mydomain.com?Thanks. --Will Starck NovaDerm Skincare Science http://www.novaderm.com wjs@novaderm.com On Wednesday, February 26, 2003, at 01:45 PM, Phillip Bonesteele wrote:> I want to address a couple of points here, not exclusively focused on > Ken's > technical questions.
