If the client is intending to serve up static HTML, there is no reason not to bind a different extension to WebDNA (I use .shtml here). The only time that you "have" to bind .html and .htm to WebDNA is if you are trying to pretend that your site is not generating dynamic pages. And that is strictly a matter of personal preference...
