If I'm talking to an executive level person I'd put it practical business terms: WebDNA saves money over other solutions because it (1) can be quickly programmed, (2) has a community of supporters, (3) has a responsive developer (unlike some open source projects that move at their own pace) and (4) provides speed found in much more expensive solutions by using an internal, RAM based database. The easy programming syntax and quick databases save on otherwise expensive labor costs versus solutions that require "guru" $ level support to understand the code and to design databases. It'd be nice to see if there's been a PHP versus WebDNA speed comparison.
