texte = I guess everyone here knows the advantages of WebDNA so I'll give the = other side of the story.=20 We've been using PHP for about a year and, while it hasn't got the speed-= to-build or the speed-to-respond of WebDNA, it has a few advantages. One, there's a massive community of developers who donate their work for = others to use. So, you want a Forum? There are at least 20 free ones out = there for you to reskin (we built a forum in less than a day, using Phorum)= .. Want a Search facility? Same thing. Check out some of the User Groups. Second, Dreamweaver is starting to provide some basic PHP tools (dunno = about MX 2004 yet) and GoLive has a new integration with an IDE called = Zend Studio. This will make PHP more accessible to more developers. Third, selling a LAMP solution is a no-brainer in most competitive = situations. That's about it, to be honest. Not a lot, but, unfortunately, pretty = powerful. Don't know squat about ASP, Cold Fusion or anything else.
