texte = I would assume that SMSI owns the copyright to the list content unless otherwise stated? since this is a public forum, when contributers enter content, they are probably voiding their own sole copyright(meaning that they can't stop anyone from using it.) However, if somebody contributed something that didn't belong to them, there could be an issue. As long as SM had a disclaimer saying that the content was owned by all participating parties to the list to the best of their knowledge, the fault would probably fall on the contributor for adding something that was not rightfully theirs. I'm no lawyer, but we had issues like this when redeyeinteractive.com went live.
