texte = We have done it in php and webdna using htmldocswww.medlawplus.com and html2ps(supports some css) www.qdros.net. it was all fairly simple and done via shell command on either a windows/unix server. VERY inexpensive and easy to use. If you can write an html page then it simply converts that page for printing via a pdf. We would love to use htmldocs for everything but they don't support CSS yet and so there are some cool things that you just can't do!
