It keeps the original formatting.
numero = 69159
interpreted = N
texte = I tried to read the file as is however when I do: [search db=db\import\rsdl.db&gelabdata=0] [Numfound] records found [founditems] [vendorstocknumber],[lab],[price]
[/founditems] [/search] I get 0 records.... When I list fields as is in: [ListFields db=db/import/rsdl.db] Fieldname: [FieldName]
[/ListFields] I see the ENTIRE first line of the db - It seems like it is not recognizing the first line as the field names. I made a hdr file and eliminated the first line of field names from the db with the same result. Does WebDNA need to be told this is a merge format? WebDNA innately reads comma separated files.. so you should be able to either change the suffix to .db (if the rest off the file is formated correctly)... or maybe route .csv to WebDNA in your webserver, then add .csv as an acceptable WebDNA database suffix in your prefs. It may help if you past your format here so we can better reccommend:.. ie.. FIELDNAME1,FIELDNAME1, VALUE1,VALUE2, Donovan -- =o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o=o DONOVAN D.
