I read his message to mean literally "import a CSV file into a webdna db" by which I assumed he already had the DB and need to add more records from the CSV file. While WebDNA will read CSV, it won't read mixed CSV and tab delimited AFAIK. My suggestion would work for appending to an existing file by changing the '>' to '>>'...
