We won't get into topics regarding the details of the transaction. We actually can't do that under law. However, we will slowly give out more information about our intentions as this thing evolves. I can't be more happy with how the new company appears to be forming. Through the last couple of years, A "new WebDNA" could have taken on many forms and meant quite a few different things... including "cold and dead"! ;-) Christophe has played a big part in giving WebDNA a chance to not only revive, but revive in a sort of democratic way that has room to bring in actual users of the products as owners, and as users who have input in where this product goes. First, we ask for patience. We are actually at a state where we are still receiving I.P. at the moment.. so you guys are learning about the new venture in almost "live" mode. :-) So, to answer Collins question regarding the possible 72 hour issue... :-) It will take some time, but it is on the list of things to look at once we have our development team in place. In fact, a more general look at the ability to trouble shoot server problems in WebDNA is on the list! I appreciate all the emails on and off the list... very encouraging! don't be surprised if we take you guys up on some of your offers of help! Lastly, expect more information about the Partner Program that Chris eludes to. It is no "window dressing" program! Though the investors packet will contain more information about that, we will post more about that program, to the public in general, later. Remember, patience! ;-) Donovan -- Donovan Brooke WebDNA Software Corporation Associated Messages, from the most recent to the oldest:
