We won't get into topics regarding thedetails of the transaction. We actually can't do that under law. However,we will slowly give out more information about our intentions as this thingevolves.I can't be more happy with how the new company appears to beforming. Through the last couple of years, A "new WebDNA" could have takenon many forms and meant quite a few different things... including "coldand dead"! ;-) Christophe has played a big part in givingWebDNA a chance to not only revive, but revive in a sort of democraticway that has room to bring in actual users of the products as owners, andas users who have input in where this product goes.First, we ask for patience. We are actually at a state where we are stillreceiving I.P. at the moment.. so you guys are learning about the newventure in almost "live" mode. :-)So, to answer Collins question regarding the possible 72 hour issue... :-)It will take some time, but it is on the list of things to look atonce we have our development team in place. In fact, a more generallook at the ability to trouble shoot server problems in WebDNA is onthe list!I appreciate all the emails on and off the list... very encouraging!don't be surprised if we take you guys up on some of your offers of help!Lastly, expect more information about the Partner Program that Chris eludesto. It is no "window dressing" program! Though the investors packet willcontain more information about that, we will post more about that program, tothe public in general, later.Remember, patience! ;-)Donovan-- Donovan BrookeWebDNA Software Corporation
