Do something like this.. I speak better linux than Unix, so your solution may vary. I speak neither too intelligently! ;-) I use vim text editor most often.. "vi" will work, as well as pico or other text editors. ..From a command line as a super user: vim webdna.conf hit "i" for insert when on that suffix line. , hit .html .html hit "esc" (escape key) hit ":" type "wq!" You are now done with editing that file. To force the reload, you can use the command to force apache to reload it's config, or restart the server. On linux machines its something like: ./etc/init.d/httpd reload ..not sure about Unix. Alternatively, some people do the suffix mappings per site by using .htaccess.. which is another tutorial. :-) (same idea) Donovan -- Donovan D.
