hit "i" for insert when on that suffix line. , hit .html .html hit "esc" (escape key) hit ":" type "wq!" You are now done with editing that file. To force the reload, you can use the command to force apache to reload it's config, or restart the server. On linux machines its something like: ./etc/init.d/httpd reload ..not sure about Unix.
